Kevin Toon began Training in Central Queensland for the Construction Industry in 1999 and has seen many changes to the delivery and training requirements within the Industry.
The one thing that has not changed however is the need for a flexible training approach to meet the needs of the Individual and Company requirements.

Allstate SAfety and Training continue to offer quality training by instructors who bring years of industry experience to the classroom. We have now expanded to include First Aid training and Confined Space training to our ever increasing list of courses on offer. First Aid instructor Chris Clarke has over Twenty Years experience in emergency first Aid and brings a wealth of knowledge that will provide an interesting and no-nonsense approach to First Aid. Allstate Safety and Training continue to deliver machinery operator training to help assist those wishing to get a start in the Civil and General construction Industries.
With the many projects that are due to start in the near future companies will be looking for appropriately skilled and ticketed machine operators.
Allstate Safety ND tRAINING will offer their machinery training to suit clients that are currently working by offering the training by log book and for those that do not have access to a machine, training will be conducted in-house where the participant can gain the experience required on state of the art machinery.

We believe in training for the industry by industry experts. Our instructors all have more than 20years in the industry and maintain these skills by going out on a regular basis and working on these machines to industry standards.
When you come to complete a course with Allstate safety and Traiing you know that your instructor has the practical experience needed to be able to demonstrate to participants not just how to operate safely but why it is so important to follow correct operating procedures.Allstate Safety and Traiing offers Excavator, Skidsteer Loader, Front End Loader and Forklift with more courses to follow in the near future.
Other courses that are on offer are Traffic Controller, Level 1 Traffic Management and Work Safely in the Construction Industry (White card).
For any person wishing to work on Queensland’s roads controlling traffic it is a legislative requirement they must first complete an approved course in Traffic Control course before they commence work. Hefty penalties apply to the individual and organisation for non- compliance.
